Cancellation and Refund Policy

Service to Mankind (STM) NGO acknowledges the importance of donations and values the trust placed in us by donors. We have a transparent policy regarding cancellations and refunds for donations made on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

If the donor wishes to cancel their donation, they can do so within 24 hours of making the donation. After 24 hours, we will not accept any cancellation requests.

Refund Policy:

STM assures the donors that their donations will be utilized solely for the welfare and betterment of society. However, in case the donor is not satisfied with our service or if the donation has not been used for the intended purpose, we will initiate a refund.

Refund Procedure:

The donor can request a refund by writing to us at [email protected] within 7 days of making the donation. We will investigate the matter and initiate the refund if the claim is found to be genuine.

Note: The refund process may take up to 14 days to complete.
